Our Services and Charges:

1. Card Purchase Fee: $10
Your required card is now even more accessible. For just $10, you can purchase your card and start using it right away.

2. Card Balance Reload Fee: 3%
Reloading your card balance is now easier and faster. Each time you add funds to your card, you will only pay a 3% reload fee.
For example, if you reload $10, the reload fee will be $0.30.

Card Expiry:
Virtual cards issued through our platform are valid for 3 years from the date they are issued.
Note: Make sure to plan your card usage and fund reloads to avoid expiration.

Transaction Fees for Failed Transactions:
Domestic Transactions (within the US): 0.06% of the transaction value.
International Transactions (outside the US): 0.4% of the transaction value.
Description: If a transaction fails due to insufficient funds, a nominal fee will be charged based on the type of transaction.

Cross-Border Transaction Fees:
Fee: 2.5% of the transaction value.
Description: For successful transactions completed outside the US, this fee will be applied.

Termination Policy for Cards with Insufficient Funds:
Description: If your card has three consecutive failed transactions due to insufficient funds within a 24-hour period, it will be terminated to prevent further inconvenience.
